Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after the customer receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging when possible.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at jorgelugafi13@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing times may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or customer handling.
